NN777 BPI Account Number: Find It, Enter It, Avoid Returns
Your BPI account number is on the account details screen of your bank's online banking, on your statement, or on your passbook.

Your BPI account number is the number of the savings account itself, not the number printed on a card and not your mobile number. Finding it takes under a minute, and typing it exactly is what keeps a withdrawal from being sent back. NN777’s How Withdrawals page says that after Online Withdrawal you enter the withdrawal password, confirm the withdrawal name matches the bank account holder, enter the amount and a valid contact number, and confirm the withdrawal bank account is correct. The last confirmation is where an account number gets checked by you.

The BSP’s InstaPay fact sheet says a sender needs the receiving bank, the receiver’s account number and the amount. That is the same trio you confirm on NN777’s withdrawal screen.
BDO account number and other banks
Every bank prints the number in its own layout, so use the bank’s own screen as the source rather than a length you remember. For a BDO account number, open the account details in BDO’s online banking and copy what it shows.
Savings account number versus card number
A savings account number identifies the account. A card number identifies the card, and a replacement card changes it while the account number stays. Choose the field the bank labels as account number.
Enter it so a withdrawal is not sent back
- Open the bank’s account details screen and keep it beside the form.
- Type the digits one by one, or copy and paste without spaces unless the form asks for them.
- Read the number back against the screen.
- Check that the name on the account matches the name on your NN777 member account, as explained in the account holder name check.
- Confirm the bank account on the Online Withdrawal screen.
You typed one digit wrong and already submitted the withdrawal.
Do not submit a second request. Open Live Chat from the lobby’s top bar and send the account number you meant, the bank, and the time you submitted. The BSP’s fact sheet says a customer who sent funds to a wrong account should inform their bank as soon as possible, so call your bank too.
The account number is right but the name does not match the NN777 member name.
The sign-up form’s Full name field says the name must be the same for the withdrawal of bank accounts, otherwise you cannot withdraw. Ask Live Chat what to do before you submit anything new.
