The BPI cut off time is the hour after which BPI treats a transfer as belonging to the next banking day, and it decides whether money to or from your casino account lands today or later. The hour is BPI’s to set, so this page shows you where to read it and how the two bank-to-bank networks use it. If you are new to the whole route, the online fund transfer route shows each stage from your bank’s screen to the cashier.

How the BPI cut off time works

The BSP’s PESONet fact sheet says each payee receives the full value within the same banking day, provided the payment instruction was sent within the cut-off time set in the ACH and the clearing rules. That one condition is the whole mechanism: inside the cut-off, same banking day; outside it, later.

  1. Your bank takes your instruction.
  2. If it is going over PESONet, it must reach the batch before the cut-off.
  3. Clearing and settlement run, then the receiving bank credits the payee.

Cut-off hours by bank and where to read them

BankWhere it publishes its hoursWhat you read
BPIThe bank’s own pages and the transfer screen in BPI online bankingThe cut-off for the transfer type you pick
BDOThe bank’s own pages and the transfer screen in its online bankingThe cut-off for the transfer type you pick
Any bankThe confirmation screen before you press confirmThe line that says when the recipient is credited

BDO cut off time

Read the BDO cut off time on BDO’s own pages or on the transfer screen before you confirm a transfer. If the screen shows a later credit than you need, move the transfer to the next morning instead of paying and waiting.

Bank cut off time on a weekend

The BSP table lists PESONet service as banking days only, while InstaPay runs 24 hours a day, all year round. A PESONet transfer sent on a weekend therefore waits for the next banking day.

How long does bank transfer take

The BSP’s own comparison table gives two answers.

RailFunds availabilityService availabilityPer-transaction limit
InstaPayAlmost immediate24/7, all year roundPHP 50,000
PESONetSame day24/7, banking days onlyNo limit

Amount often decides the rail: a transfer above PHP 50,000 cannot go over InstaPay, so it travels by PESONet and meets the cut-off. Your sending bank may also set its own cap, so check the transfer screen.

What this means for an NN777 deposit

NN777’s How to Deposit page says you pick Payment Bank on Online Deposit, your bank’s web page loads, and the deposit is added once the payment succeeds. No NN777 time is quoted on that page, so your bank’s success message is the signal to watch. On withdrawals, the How Withdrawals page asks you to confirm the bank account, and the name must match the account holder, so check the account holder name rule before you submit. The right bank transfer casino deposits explained page lists both rails side by side.

If a payment left your bank and the cashier shows nothing, keep the bank’s reference number and receipt and take them to Live Chat. Before you transfer, copy the number correctly from your BPI account number details, because a wrong number is a separate way for a payment to come back late.

FAQ

What is the BPI cut off time for a transfer?

BPI sets and publishes its own hours, so read them on the bank's own pages or on the transfer screen before you confirm. This page does not quote an hour because the bank can change it.

How long does a bank transfer take?

The BSP says InstaPay funds arrive almost immediately, 24 hours a day all year, while PESONet credits within the same banking day if the instruction was sent inside the cut-off.

Does the cut-off apply when I deposit to NN777?

Your own bank's rules apply to the payment you make from its web page. NN777's How to Deposit page says the deposit is added once the payment succeeds, so what matters is when your bank marks it successful.

Anong oras ang cut-off ng BDO?

Ang BDO mismo ang nagpo-post nito sa sarili nilang pages at sa transfer screen ng app. Basahin doon bago mag-confirm para hindi ka maabutan ng next banking day.
