When the NN777 login password is rejected, start with what the lobby’s own form asks: Account, Password, a GET P/W button, a Check Code shown as a picture, then Login. A fault in any of those five can read as a wrong password. Work through the causes below in order, then use the last section if none fits.

Cause 1: the Account or Password has a typing slip
The box rejects a password you are sure is right
Retype the Account in full, because the box needs the Member Account you registered, not your full name. Type the Password again and check for a space at either end. Registration asks for 6 or more characters mixing letters and numbers, so a password with only letters or only numbers is a sign it is not the one you set.
Cause 2: the Check Code is wrong
The Check Code picture was misread
The Check Code is a code shown as a picture, and a misread letter makes the whole attempt fail. Read it again, retype it, and take your time over letters that look alike before you press Login.
Cause 3: you are not on the lobby
The page looks like NN777 but is not the lobby
Return to the line page, press a CHECK VIP LINE button, and check the NN777 mark and Login with Sign up top right. The addresses are listed in the NN777 link list, and what typing NN777 com opens shows the route from nn777.com. A look-alike will reject every password.
NN777 forgot password: the GET P/W button
The GET P/W button sits beside the Password field. Press it and follow the prompt it opens. If the prompt does not lead you anywhere, ask Live Chat in the top bar.

A reset happens on the lobby, through GET P/W or Live Chat, since this site holds no accounts and cannot see or change one. Have your Member Account name ready when you contact Live Chat.
