NN777 Contact Reference — Where Your Question Goes
This contact NN777 reference page tells you where each kind of question goes. The short version: account questions go to Live Chat in the lobby, and this site has no inbox to send them to. Start with the table, then follow the steps for the question you have.
Where each question goes
| Your question | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| A login, password or sign-up problem | Live Chat in the lobby’s top bar |
| A deposit or withdrawal | Live Chat, and the lobby’s How to Deposit and How Withdrawals pages |
| A game running badly | Live Chat, with the game’s name |
| What this site says | the pages themselves, starting with the about page for this site |
Account questions: use Live Chat
Live Chat sits in the top bar of the lobby next to Free Play, Login and Sign up. The lobby’s Contact Us page says its customer service centre runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it lists Telegram and Messenger as contact types.
- Open the lobby page, not a link someone sent you in a private message.
- Click Live Chat in the top bar.
- Give the name on your account and describe the problem in one or two sentences.
- Keep the chat reference it shows you.
The lobby’s own news strip warns about people impersonating NN777 accounts, says deposits are made on the main website only and tells members to check the receiving account details before depositing. Follow it.
Reaching this site
This site publishes no e-mail address, phone number or street address, because none exists. There is no form, and this site has no access to any account, deposit or withdrawal. A message you could send would not reach anyone who can act on it, so use Live Chat for anything about your account.
If something goes wrong
If Live Chat does not open, try the lobby page again from the address you saved and check the NN777 mark and the Login and Sign up buttons top right. Telegram and Messenger are listed on the lobby’s Contact Us page as contact types, so read that page for the current links. Never pay anyone who contacts you first and says they can fix an account.
What this site can help with
The pages explain how the lobby’s menus, forms and game figures work, so you know what to look for before you ask. Read the privacy policy for this site if you want to know what happens when you visit. NN777 is for players aged 21+.
